1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using LLMrefs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms of use or our privacy policy, you may not access our service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use LLMrefs. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account Terms

- Failed payments will be automatically retried by our payment processor

- You may cancel your subscription at any time

6. Intellectual Property
LLMrefs retains ownership of all data, analytics, and insights generated through our service.
"Results" means any keyword rankings, scores, dashboards or other outputs generated specifically for your account.
LLMrefs grants you (and you hereby receive) a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to download, copy, store, analyse and otherwise use the Results for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell, publicly distribute, or make the Results available to unaffiliated third parties.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, particularly in cases of:
- Violation of these terms
- Suspected illegal activities
- Abusive behavior or misuse of the service
- Non-payment of fees
Upon termination, account data will be anonymized after fulfilling all legal requirements. Any illegal activities will be reported to relevant authorities.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
LLMrefs provides AI model analysis and results to the best of our ability, but we make no warranties about the accuracy of these results. We expressly disclaim any liability for:
- Inaccuracies in AI model results or analysis
- Business decisions made based on our data
- Service interruptions or data availability
- Any consequential damages or losses
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of LLMrefs after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
